You'll receive free credits when you first sign up. Once these credits are used, you'll need to add credits. You can either add any number of additional credits as needed or choose to subscribe to a plan that fits your usage.
When you make your payment, you receive a fixed set of credits (for example, ₹1,000 gives you 1000 credits). These credits are immediately available in your account. In case of plans, you have bonus credits.
No. There are no monthly payments. You only pay again if you choose to purchase additional credits.
No, credits do not expire. Any unused credits are rolled over automatically and remain available until you use them.
You will be getting errors while using our APIs. And will notify that you have exhausted your credits. You can add credits anytime. Adding credits does not change your plan benefits, including your request rate limits.
Yes, this is possible under a custom arrangement. We can discuss and configure higher limits based on your specific use case.
Yes, credits are universal and can be used across all supported APIs and services.

Credits are deducted based on the type of API being used: Speech APIs (STT/TTS) are billed per second of audio processed. Text APIs (LLM, Translate, etc.) are billed per token processed.
Currently, credits are tied to a single account. We are working on introducing organization-level accounts, which will allow multiple team members to manage usage and credits seamlessly under one shared account.
There is a minimum purchase amount. For larger or custom requirements, our team can configure higher packages.
